This mod adds a PEQ15 Laser Pointer and a weapon mounted Flashlight. It is meant for other mod creators to have an easy to use Laser System. There's also a m16a2 in the bluefor arsenal that has a laser pointer. To toggle the laser while your weapon is in hand, press I.
